Fees

To keep our community growing in a well-planned and fiscally responsible manner, the City collects fees that help cover the cost of reviewing projects and building the infrastructure needed to support them. Development Application & Permit Fees pay for the staff time and resources required to process and review your plans. Development Impact Fees ensure that new development contributes its fair share toward improvements such as roads, parks, utilities, and public safety facilities.
